How to find REAs who deal in off-market deals?
This may be a repetitive question, and if some of you have links to similar conversations in the forum please post here.
My question - how do I find real estate agents who deal in off-market houses? Most of the real estate agents I am coming across in my area (DC Metro, NoVA, MoCo, PGCo) are agents working to show homes for primary residence and not investor geared..TIA.

"Off market" is an over used term...particularly if another party is involved other than you and the owner.
