Good afternoon , We are new to RE, and is currently looking for investors in our area, also we just started marketing to find deals in Oklahoma surrounding area's. What is the best practice for Newbie's ? Over the past year we have spent countless hours learning and educating ourselves with Fortune Builders. We have notice that most lender's want to see you have 1 deal done before they invest. Just looking for advice for new comer's
