FSBO using LAND CONTRACT vs Title
Why would an owner sell by issuing a LAND CONTRACT instead of the traditional way lending institutions do it at closing? After all isn't it the same when the buyer defaults to foreclose on them and the FSBO will get their property back anyway?
What should buyers be aware of when doing a LAND CONTRACT with a FSBO? Thanks in advance
