Investment Guidance (help needed)
Hello, I am looking to invest in my first property. I currently reside in Charlotte, NC. The only problem is that The properties in the Charlotte area are overpriced at the moment. And as a first time investor I do not have enough capital to play with for my first investment property, I am considering purchasing in another city within NC. My question is which city within NC should I target for my first investment property aside from Charlotte where the house are overpriced 200k 195k.
