wholesaling real estate formula in southern Cali/ northern Cali
Ive been using the ARV*.70 - repair cost - assignment fee = MAO and it just seems like it is too much of a discount. I have gotten calls from people saying im crazy for offering them that low of an offer. Sometimes I use .75 but its still the same. whats the formula you guys use when it comes to wholesaling in california?
