Does anyone recommend an investor-friendly RE attorney, lender, or CPA in the Sacramento area? I'm planning to build up my portfolio of SFRs and MFRs this year.

    I’m looking for a CPA too, but if you need a good real estate attorney I have personal experience using Jason Sherman in Roseville, but I used him for his litigating experience.
