How do I sell my percentage of a Real Estate Package?
Hello all,
A couple of years ago I invested in 14 single family homes in Birmingham, AL with my brother in law. I learned a lot in this process but need to recoup my money for other ventures. I have a 24% interest in the LLC. How does everyone go about selling their interests (aka finding interested buyers) on the internet? All advice is appreciated.
