Hey guys,

I will be investing in a particular market, but I understand that in order to expand your portfolio, you have to go after markets that are prime for renters I.G. Near military bases, near colleges ect. When I do eventually venture into my investment career, who would I know where to invest, if I am not sure of the market is prime or not?

Thank
