Hi I know many people are investing in Memphis from out of state. I’m curious what type of Cash on Cash returns you’re able to achieve? Any parts of town better then others for cash flow?

@Jason Rhodewalt We’ve commonly seen out of state investors, particularly ones from CA, see cash on cash returns anywhere from 10-12 percent, sometimes 13.
