Quiet Title Processing Speed
Does anyone have a time hack on how long it takes for an attorney to quiet a title from a county tax sale? I don't want to purchase a property and have to sit on it for an eternity before I'm able to put financing on it. I'm in North Dakota--not sure how much the speed of the process would vary by state. I'm sure many factors can influence this, but I'm just trying to get a rough wag. Thanks!!
