Investor Friendly Banks in Indianapolis, IN

Hi guys,

My partners and I are working on properties using the BRRR strategy. We are looking for local banks in Indianapolis IN that finance renovation and purchase cost of real-estate deals. We typically work with hard money lenders, but since we have an extended period of time to close on this deal, we are looking for local banks that can finance our deal. What local banks do y'all use, or what other alternatives do you recommend.
