Good Morning BP Family, 

I am an investor in Baltimore City looking to build my investing team. I am in need of a RE investor- Agent who knows Baltimore WELL and is familiar with handling 203Ks and utilizing city development grants. In addition, I've tried a few local property management companies with not much luck. I need a Full-house management company with are familiar with working with house hackers if possible. Any leads/suggestions are greatly appreciated:-)
