This is a little odd I suppose but I want one or two (or more for that matter) folks to bounce three property addresses off that are familiar with the Brooklyn, NYC market and give a general idea of their value opinion. Nothing formal, just want to get a couple other set of eyes and opinions.

Two assets are 3 unit and 1 is SFR.
