New investor in Miami

Hi everyone!

I'm a new investor here in Miami looking todo business from West palm beach down to Key West. Looking to connect with others around the area. I do a little of everything: Fix and Flip SFH/condos, Buying and selling multifamily, commercial, land, warehouses, strip malls, storage units, and hotels. Money is not really an issue.

I was wondering If I could get some advice on what areas are hot for SFH  and for multifamily as well as what areas to stay away from.
