How much will you need to spend in repairs?
Does your cash flow include vacancy, PM, insurance, R&M, capex reserves, etc?
Thank you. Repairs are still being assessed, I would bet about $7-9k to get everything completed. it only includes management, maintenance, insurance, tax.
