Buying Investment properties in Iowa

Where would say is the best in Iowa to buy multifamily? I am just starting off. Thr FL market saturated and I am looking outside my state.

@Syeed Shah, Not to talk you OUT of Iowa, as i’m an agent/investor in Central Iowa and there are absolutely good buy hold properties. 

My advice for you would be to look very close at your current market (think 1 hr drive radius) if you really dont see a property that fits your goals then absolutely look out of state, but many ppl seem to pull the trigger on OOS property sooner than necessary.

I’m happy to send you some property examples.  Also happy to refer some prop mgrs and investment lenders who work with OOS investors.
