Hi everyone, I am new to investing and I was just wondering how everyone determines that a neighborhood would be a good investment or not. For instance on what your looking for like vacancy rates, jobs, crime rate?

Thanks!

@Mark Jajowka

This is a good opportunity to find yourself a rockstar realtor in your market who can tell you what neighborhoods are good and bad near you. Try calling around or try looking on bp for realtors in your area
