Would you 100% paint the outside?
I own the ugly yellow one. Commercial building. I bought this right when the virus hit in March. I am stuck with nobody wanting an office downtown. I think painting this would help? Maybe not? I was quoted ab 4K for all of it which includes a lift. Let me know thoughts. It’s my first investment and now looking to get out of commercial since the virus hit. Thanks.
