Good morning Bigger Pockets,

I am currently in the Cleveland area with 2 potential long term single family deals with a lease to own option on the table in the Dallas area. I am looking to build a team in the area. I need Agents, General Contractors, Home Inspectors, Appraisers, Investors and Brokers in the Dallas area that specialize in single family properties. If anyone has referrals for this situation or any information that will be helpful please feel free to contact me. Let's build BP!!

v/r,

Dracy

Stay away from the lease to own option.  Good attorneys here tell you to stay away from lease to own, rent to own, lease /option etc.  Basically the legislature outlawed these about 10 years ago.  Lots of people think they have a way around the law, but the intent was pretty clear, not to do them.
