Hey bp I've been looking for a deal in NJ  area in the $250,000 rang but just can't seam to find any good or even ok deals in the safer areas any body have any suggestions on how to find a good deal or a good investor friendly relistate agent? 

Hey Dov, It depends on what areas of NJ. You can go farther west or north and find some decent deals, but the city areas like everything else are flying off the market. Are you willing to go farther away from the metro areas? and have you tried options other than the mls? I have one rental in NJ and one long-distance out west and am undecided where to aim next 

@Andy Rousch I would like a place close to new york but if its not its not a deal breaker. So far I've only been using zillow and mls but I'm going to have to stardriving for  Dollars but I'm not exactly shore where to even look u have any suggestions?
