Just Helped A Fellow BP Investor Buy First Property!
I’ve been on bigger pockets for a while now, mostly passive actually. Here recently I’ve really tried to become more active, and it’s paid off tremendously. About a month or so ago. I received an inbox from a investor in Cali who had a client interested in the Muncie/Anderson area! We immediately got to work looking for properties, and I was able to find them a nice duplex close to Anderson University. We closed on March 5th and we are set to start renovations next week!
