What are the best upgrades for ROI on flipping a condo?
I current have a condo that I bought when the market prices where low and it has appreciated in value enough to make some good money on. I looking for what upgrades would be great to make to get the most on ROI. Looking overall feedback and feedback from other in the Minnesota Market.

@Ravi Kimal I will echo what tim said. But if you are thinking of selling in this market spending money on kitchen and bath remodels might not make sense. I'd love to take a look and see if any work is needed.
