Going into Preforclosure with Tenant still living in property
Hey, I found a property that looks great for an investment property with a lot of wiggle room for profit. The only minor issue is that the current tenant wants to be paid for key to leave the property. The property has well over $150k in equity with only $40 owed on it. Are there any investors that will fulfill the Tenants request to be paid to depart?
