Looking to buy first SFH in Nashville - help with agent/prop mgmt

I have come to Nashville over and over, and keep pinching myself as to why I didn't buy here years ago. I am looking to buy a SFH in the next 6 to 9 months as my primary so I can take advantage of a low down payment conventional loan - any help with areas to focus on / West End/ East Nashville? Or areas in Path or Progress? Also any local agents that are connected to a property manager would be awesome.

Thanks!

Kuriakos Mellos, We have some SFH in Nashville and love our property management. True East is located in East Nashville and they have done an excellent job managing our homes. Sneaky Ninja, Inc is the realty part of their business. They will help you find a home and then manage it for you. They would be helpful in helping you decide which areas would be best to focus on, etc. We have loved investing in the Nashville market.
