Hi there BP friend. I am an owner out of state, though I have a local partner in Corpus that will be signing on the loan with me for the purchase of an apartment complex. Any community bank recommendations in Corpus Christi TX would be greatly appreciated. :)

Hey Jamie, I have a bank that I was using for a commercial loan. They are located in Portland,TX but servicing my loan in Corpus Christi. I honestly can’t 100% vouch for them because the deal ended up falling through(on the sellers side) but my interactions and the customer service was great. Since you haven’t gotten any replies I figured I could at least give you somewhere to start. I’ll PM you.
