Thoughts on Law Depot for forms, specifically a land contract?
I'm selling a piece of land and was considering using Law Depot for a land contract. Does anyone have thoughts - good or bad - on using a service such as this rather than an attorney to draft the forms? The form is fairly straightforward and is tailored to my state (PA).
