Do I need to have a realtor?
My business partner and I are just starting out and found a 6 unit multi family we are interested in. It’s on the mls already. Do we need to have a realtor in order to inquire about the property or make an offer? If we don’t have a realtor do we just reach out to the realtor who has the listing? Not really sure how to proceed.
