Multiproperty Investors (10+ Unit) Deal
Hello fellow BPs! I'm looking at a 10+ unit deal down in Macon/Albany property. Priced ~$200k w/ $45k in renovations (quoted by contractor). Projected rent for each unit will be ~$400. Currently, only 5 of the units are rented due to absentee owner that is not willing to invest back into the property. In addition, a few of the renters are section 8.
Does anyone have experience w/ these type of units? If so, would love to chat offline. I'm looking to finance the deal with private money.
