Mobile Home Parks in RDU
I am looking to learn more about investing in Mobile Home Parks in the Raleigh-Durham area. My mom, who is in her 60's with no assets, has asked me to help her with buying an investment property to help her build some cash flow to prepare for retirement. She's got a good size nest egg to work with, but we need to educate and connect with people in the area first. I live in Portland, she lives in Raleigh, and would like the investment to be in the RDU area. Would love to connect with anyone in this area!
