How Underwriter Calculates DTI?
Hi: Any underwriters in the BP domain that can share details on how DTI is calculated? I am not looking for a high level formula but rather looking for exact details. Which specific line items from personal and business tax returns are taken into account to calculate the "usable income" and what constitutes debt?
