Selling Houston home - how to select a realtor?

I'm debating between using a traditional realtor versus Redfin due to the lower seller commission fees. What criteria can I use to evaluate whether leveraging a traditional selling agent will net me more in the end? When I bought my home, I was disappointed in how little my buying agent did for me. What hard stats can I use to evaluate the "best" selling agent?
