Do you need to be a PRO member to post real-estate for sale?

I am looking to sell some of my rental properties I have in Lawton, OK.  When I go to "find deals" in the header and then select "add new listing" it returns an error message that says I am not logged in. I also do not see a tab for "marketplace".  Do you need to be a PRO member to post real-estate for sale?
