Turnkey Property Managment Companies Selling homes for rental

Hi BP... newbie to the US real estate market.  Looked at doorvest & roofstock.  Was wondering if there are any well known / traditional property management firms that would sell you a home with tenants etc., ? ... a similar concept to doorvest.

Roofstock.com has really improved in its customer service and I bought from them last year in Memphis, TN. If you are just looking for a turnkey provider, I also worked with Martel Turnkey to buy a SFH in Cleveland, OH.

Some of the most discussed turnkey providers on these forums would be REI Nation and Rent to Retirement so definitely check those out. Let me know if you want to connect and chat about the purchase.
