Too Hot in ABQ! Where are the deals?

Hello Albuquerque investors!

How is anyone finding deals right now? This week my full price offer was not selected on a property already listed above value. And I just got contacted by a woman I sent a driving for deals letter to, to say I need to leave her alone, too many people are harassing her and to get a new profession. For those doing deals in this market, how are you finding them?
