Bay Area Local, looking for long distance investment group

Hi, I am a new investor and looking to invest in out of state regions. I am currently looking at Las Vegas, but was curious if there are any groups of Bay Area investors that are meeting. I'd love to sit in a group meeting and hear about how others are doing long distance investments. Does anyone know of any groups?
