Looking For a Realtor in Tampa FL

Hi everyone, 

Last year I had the opportunity to buy a couple of investment properties in the south florida area, right know that market is a bit tight, and we are trying to look for investment opportunities in Tampa. I am interested in small multi (duplex, triplex, etc) but depending on the opportunity, single family as well.  I would like to connect with a local realtor with knowledge in the area.

We have a Florida West Coast call on Monday nights on Zoom. I have a Tampa agent that we refer to. She is very good at everything, but handles our on-market referrals so not sure how much investment she does, but she is great. DM me if you want to the info.
