Popular Investment Areas in Indiana
Hey Bigger Pockets users! I am a new investor looking to buy my first rental or flip within the next year. I am located in southern Indiana, right around Greenwood. I'm curious to see where other investors are investing here in the state. I know Indianapolis is a popular market, but I'm also interested in looking in some other areas outside of Indianapolis. That can be North, East, South, West, it does not matter, I just want to know if there are some other areas Indianapolis Investors are keen on!
