Tips for Tax Liens in Ohio
Does anyone have experience using tax liens as a mechanism to negotiate for or directly acquire properties in Ohio? If so, what are your tips, must-dos, etc.? How does the process work for a newbie?
I don't know much about this strategy but I do know it varies quite a bit state-by-state. Any general insight into the process would be great!

@Dave Spooner I have experience with one deal here in Columbus OH that had a massive tax lien (3x the amount of the purchase price). Obviously selling the property couldn't take place without paying off the lien. One document we used was an appeal letter to the IRS saying that all proceeds from the sale would go towards the lien.
