Cost Segregation for 1-4 units
REAL ESTATE INVESTOR MONEY TIP that I just did and it will save me a lot of money on the taxes this year (Approx 10k this year in taxes). And I highly recommend you use this. You probably heard a lot about COST SEGREGATION. Is it worth it on a 1-4 unit building? The short answer is YES!!! It only costs you $400 through this one company, and maybe there are others like it. But it is really simple just need to know the value of the property per the value of the land. And you can save on your taxes.
