Experience investing in El Paso?

I’m looking at El Paso, TX to potentially buy a single family home to rent and hold. Does anyone have experience in this market? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

@Carlos Villalta, my wife is an agent in El Paso and we have a few rentals in the city as well. I personally love it here and think that it’s an amazing market for many of the reasons that @Eddie Flores mentioned.
