From 1 to 11 Rental Units In Less Than 1 Year!!
Yesterday my wife and I got the title and deed to unit 10 & 11 with 100% OPM (Other People Money) and using Creative Financing!
That means we paid $0.00 for 2 more properties!! 🏘
The more exciting fact of this journey is that July 1st 2020 was the last day of employment at my 9-5 Wall St job!!!
I’ve listened to HUNDREDS of hours of BiggerPockets podcasts and spent THOUSANDS of dollars on various mentorships to be around likeminded people.
I’m not someone that posts much and there’s obviously lots of details missing but it would be an injustice not sharing with you guys that THIS IS POSSIBLE!
