Hi all, I am looking for a sample partnership agreement for a real estate investment. Would someone be willing to share one with me or direct me to a resource where I may find one?  Note that I am a licensed attorney.  I am just looking for a template to utilize for a friend as a starting point. Many thanks in advance.
