Hello Everyone, I am a undergraduate beginning to plan my first hacking investment. Right now I am in the middle of investing a multi-family home or potentially or Condo/apartment in Sarasota, FL and airbnb the other rooms that are not occupied. Can anyone tell me their experience house-hacking an vacation rental/apartment ?
