Ownership - Married Couple

Hello BP community,

We are looking for a professional who will advise on how to set up investment properties ownership for a married couple without a Pre-Nuptial agreement.

The state of Florida has a 50/50 split in case of divorce.

Since my spouse finances some of her properties herself, and the same applies to me - we would like to have a fair split in case of an unexpected life situation of divorce.

Is any experienced investor willing to advise, please?
