Hello, looking for a recommendation on a good 1031 attorney in southern maryland (st. Mary’s, Charles, Calvert counties). If anyone has any experience with an online attorney, please let me know. I’m looking to do my first 1031 exchange. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
