Flipping homes in Las Vegas, NV
I have being flipping homes in Las Vegas for about 3 years but now its really hard to find a deal.
Tell me your flipping experiences here in Las Vegas? How you are finding deals? How long its taking? How fast you sell them and which areas are you looking for? what kind of homes you buying?
I was thinking about going to Florida to buy and hold some homes and maybe flip? Any suggestions?
