Work with an attorney... what type?
Good afternoon,
Newer real estate investor here from North Carolina. As I build my team and try to expand my business, I realized that I should probably start working with/build a relationship with an attorney to help me navigate the legal aspects of real estate investing. What type of attorney should a real estate investor work with? A real estate attorney? Business Attorney? Appreciate any feedback.. Thank you
