Using Plastiq for down payment

Tim E.
Posted

Hi, reposting this to see if others have any ideas...

Hi, I am trying to transfer funds over to the title company by using
Plastiq. I see many posts where others have done it before so I'm
wondering how it is done. I have gone through all the steps of adding
the title company to the recipients list but when I get stuck when they
ask for a category/subcategory. I've tried a few different ones and no
success. It seems like it's important to have the correct category. I'm
using both Visa and MC. I know Visa has a few more restrictions than MC.
Any advice is appreciated!
