Looking for a loan in TN
Currently living abroad and trying to purchase a home. My situation is difficult. I have an investment property no primary home but im looking to purchase a secondary home and use a secondary home loan. My current loan officer is now saying it's impossible after going through the entire purchasing process. Now I gotta release the home back to the seller. Does anyone have any recommendations for getting a loan?
