Buy and sell agreements and Life Insurance for Partners
Anyone else have a partner on any of their properties and taken Life Insurance polices out? Looking for guidance on how to structure the buy and sell agreement and how much life insurance to purchase. This is a new partnership and I bring the team and the knowledge and the other partner is new to the game and brings cash.
